In 1949 famous British restauranteur, Conrad Graves, sailed sailed from his native island of Tortola in the British Virgins on a quest for the ultimate Caribbean libation.  He tried Guava Gimlets on Guadeloupe, Sour Sop Sodas on Saba and Mango Margueritias on Martinique. The search ended on the highest mountain top of St. Thomas - he'd found it. The perfect island beverage...The Banana Daiquiri! This drink is still served at world famous MountainTop, a location that offers visitors one of the best views in the Virgin Islands.
